- Rates quoted are for
single/double occupancy (1-2 pax), except for 2-Bedroom Apartment which
are single/quad occupancy (1-4 pax).
- Rates are quoted in u.s. dollars, on a nightly basis and are subject to 18.25% tax and service charge
- New Year's Eve Dinner is
mandatory with accommodation, cost - US$60.00 per person + 18.25% tax &
service charge
- Children welcome; under 12 no charge if staying with parents. 50% off Meal Plan.
- No-show: 50% deposit.
- PENALTY FOR LATE CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE: 50% payment.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Local Key Card accepted
- All credit card refunds will incur a 5% refund charge.
Cancellation Policy
- Winter Season 21 days notice prior to arrival date for refund of deposit.
- Summer Season 14 days notice prior to arrival.
- Cancellation 50%.
